What I Do:

As the President of RCI I am dedicated to the success of our Members by providing them with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to create thriving practices and make a positive impact in the world.

Being human means to be in relationship. Having successful relationships means living a life of tremendous joy and fulfillment.

I am living one of my life goals, by helping our members understand how important their work is, and how much they can affect far-reaching change with every client they coach. I help empower them to be the exceptional leaders they are.

My Coaching Style:

I believe that we all have gifts to bring to this world and that we all need someone who believes in us and encourages us to find our purpose and live our dream. I genuinely care about my clients and their success. Every coaching encounter offers me a new opportunity to learn more about myself and to experience my own epiphanies about life and my higher purpose.

My Mission:

I want people to know that they have the right to live their lives in joy and fulfillment – that it is perfectly alright to prioritize oneself – in fact, it is our obligation to do so. When we live our lives from the “inside” out, and are not influenced by what other people think or expect from us, it means we are in alignment with our life purpose. Being who you are, in full authenticity, is a liberating experience. So simple and rewarding – giving ourselves the freedom to “be”.

Professional:

I have 30 years of extensive business experience in strategic planning, marketing, logistics, consulting, training and facilitation both in the corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

In 2003 I left the corporate world to become a coach, receiving training from the Adler School of Professional Coaching, in Toronto.

I served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for two terms on the Board of the International Coach Federation – Toronto Chapter.

In February of 2006 I joined RCI and in February 2008 became the President and CEO.

Personal:

I am happily married, with one adult child, and two delightful grandchildren. I live in Toronto, Canada and work and speak internationally.
